At AdValue, we deal exclusively in digital products. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the payment has been processed and access/download links have been delivered.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical issues where the product was not delivered/accessed

  • Non-functionality of the product (if proven and verified by our support team)

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days from the date of approval.

• Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• No refund will be issued once the digital product is downloaded, accessed, or used.

• Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be entertained.

• Products purchased under special promotions, discounts, or bundled offers are non-refundable.
